Abstract

This exhibition proposes a series of three-dimensional records of the unrepresentable of the system, the atomic bomb, the real. I work on war and abysses as that which we cannot apprehend and which is always in force. In this scenario, the machine appears as an omnipresent object, whose movement activates space and time.

Ceramics in the West has been conceived as a minor and feminine art, that is the place I chose to place the sculpture in the margin. Each fragment is built with a succession of movements where the emptiness appears and becomes visible only in the obstruction. The form and material of the clay contrast with the resin and its connotations with the present time.
