Abstract

This essay proposes to analyze the representation of the figure within the photography series Al Desafuero II by Pepe Avilés. This series of photographs produced during the second half of the 90s mark a particular aesthetic in the conception of photography of the time and at the same time present the viewer with a theme that is worth observing in the midst of this historical context.
